TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our shipping rates are calculated by the amount spent per delivery address, and are listed below based on 2 Day FedEx or USPS (in the state of Arkansas only).
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within 1 business day, except during busy holiday seasons of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s day, Easter and Mother’s Day.
– 2nd Day Air: $20.00 (small box) $25.00 (medium box) $30.00 (large box) per shipment.
– USPS: Flat Rate prices $7.50 (small box) $14.00 (medium box) $20.00 (large box) per shipment.
Your chocolates’ freshness is our top priority, so when we ship to destinations over 68º we will add ice packs and cooling materials. These are necessary to preserve the integrity of your chocolates.
We do not ship packages over on Friday or weekends; those orders will be held until the following Monday. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend. No orders are processed on Fridays unless arrangements are made by phoning our store at 501-943-7570.
So, for example, if your package is shipping 2 Day Air, select only a Ship Date of Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. If your package is shipping Overnight, select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Please keep in mind that orders received after 2 pm will be considered placed the following day.
Signing for your chocolates
Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx or USPS to leave package without a signature. We found that this policy works best for most of our clients. This avoids the possibility of chocolate being held overnight in a hot storage facility where it may melt.
If you require any arrangement other than Signature Release, please call our sales team at via email at email@example.com to make an arrangement.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Errors in placing your order
The accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt. Cocoa Belle Chocolates is not responsible for errors in information, and costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
As all of our products are sensitive to weather conditions, our customer service team may determine that your order might not arrive in an ideal condition if we ship in the manner you have selected. The customer service team will therefore fulfill your order and ship it by the best means possible.
NO return of perishables will be accepted for a refund.
Track Your Order Here with your FedEx or USPS tracking number(s). Orders shipping USPS leave our Arkansas facility within 48 hours of processing. Orders shipping 2nd Day Air and Overnight Air are shipped within 24 hours of processing.
USPS orders may be delivered within the state of Arkansas 1 to 4 business days after you place your order, depending on delivery location.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with USPS shipping.
